VLRC aims to provide a website that is usable by the widest practical audience, including people using keyboards, screen readers, zoom and reduced-motion settings.
Measures
The site uses semantic structure, visible keyboard focus, a skip link, responsive layouts, reduced-motion support and text alternatives where relevant.
Limitations
Some third-party content, Telegram interfaces or legacy documents may not be fully controlled by VLRC. We continue to improve identified barriers.
