1. Current use
The site currently uses only essential browser storage needed to remember your cookie choice and maintain basic interface functionality. VLRC does not currently deploy advertising cookies or behavioural profiling cookies.
2. Categories
Necessary storage supports security, language or interface preferences and consent records. Analytics storage may be introduced later to measure aggregate use; it will not be activated where consent is required unless you choose it. Marketing cookies are not used.
3. Third-party technologies
Cloudflare and Telegram may set or access technical identifiers required to provide, secure and deliver their services. Their practices are governed by their own notices.
4. Managing preferences
Use the “Cookie settings” link in the footer at any time. You may also delete browser data through your browser settings. Blocking essential storage may affect parts of the site.
5. Duration
The VLRC consent preference is stored locally for up to 180 days unless you clear it earlier. Other technical retention periods are determined by the relevant service provider.
6. Changes
If analytics or other optional technologies are added, this policy and the consent interface will be updated before they are activated where required.
